HOW CAN I ORDER ? + -
Ordering with us is easy – simply follow these steps:
- Whilst viewing the item(s) you’d like to purchase, select the size you require and click “Add to bag”. Once you’ve finished shopping, go to “Your bag” in the top right corner.
- Confirm you’ve selected all the items you’d like to buy and select “Go to checkout”.
- Type and then confirm your delivery address.
- You’ll now be presented with payment options; select your preferred payment method and type the required payment details.
- Now, check your order and, if applicable, enter your voucher/discount code.
- Click to confirm your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ODER ? + -
Shipping and delivery takes 3-5 days (Sunday-Thursday) once an order is placed. Once your order has been shipped by our team, you will get an email from our logistics shipping company with your tracking number.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ? + -
We’ll be sad to see you go, but there’s no need to worry; if you made a mistake, changed your mind or no longer need your items, you’ll have the option to cancel at the same day without paying any charges, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
- NOTE If your item is shipped but not delivered yet you can tell the courier that you will not receive it but you will have to pay a shipping fee of an amount of fee according to the location of the area.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ? + -
Returns and exchanges are accepted within two days of receipt.
- Ensure your items are in an acceptable condition to be returned.
- Schedule an item return request by emailing us or send us through our contact form.
- Make sure that it's not your last ONTHA order 🖤
- NOTE You’ll be charged the shipping fee according to the location of your area.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUNDED ITEM ? + -
Once we’ve received your items, our Quality team will process and check everything. Please allow another 1-2 days for this to take place.
- If the return is accepted, Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from when the quality team approves the return.
- If the return is not accepted, the item will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund/exchange.
- NOTE You’ll be charged the shipping fee according to the location of your area.
